We are delighted to announce that Mr. Mario Paschold has joined our institute as the new Managing Director. Starting today, May 15, 2023, he will strengthen our team and utilize his expertise for the benefit of IDSt. With Mr. Paschold, we have found a competent and experienced leader who will assist us in further developing our organization and achieving our objectives.
Mr. Paschold began his professional career in the financial administration of the state of Thuringia and later shifted his focus to tax consultancy. He initially worked at a large tax consulting firm and subsequently established his own practice after passing the tax advisor examination. Prior to joining IDSt, he served as a member of the executive management team at an organization within the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband Thüringen (Parity Welfare Association Thuringia), gaining extensive experience in association work with nonprofit organizations.
Throughout his career, Mr. Paschold has been responsible for or involved in various digitalization projects. With his expertise in this field and organizational development, he will help us work even more effectively and successfully.
