The white paper “Process Analytics”: Data Analytics and Process Mining in the tax sector was created within the working group “Process Analytics” (Expert Committee VII). It provides a comprehensive overview of the significance of Data Analytics and Process Mining as core technologies in the tax world of the future. At the same time, the white paper aims to emphasize the importance of viewing and applying these technologies not in isolation, but in value-creating interaction. It should become clear that the combination of methods and technologies can make a significant contribution to greater efficiency. The reader is given suggestions on how to effectively utilize Data Analytics, Process Mining, which we call “Process Analytics” in the tax practice.
