IDSt continues its growth trajectory and is pleased to welcome the Oberfinanzdirektion Nordrhein-Westfalen (OFD NRW) as its newest member. This development underscores the continued growth in membership in the third year since IDSt was founded in March 2021.
The OFD NRW is the second central authority, after the Bayerischen Landesamt für Steuern, to opt for membership in the IDSt. Together, the two authorities are responsible for a large part of the digitization projects of the German tax administration or support their implementation with their know-how. The inclusion of the OFD NRW as a member therefore underscores our claim to unite a broad spectrum of stakeholders in order to shed light on digitization in the tax sector from all directions and to advance its development for the benefit of all involved.
