The OECD has published a new discussion paper “Tax Administration 3.0” on the digital transformation of tax administration. The discussion paper was issued by the OECD Forum for Tax Administration (FTA). It was previously requested at the 2019 FTA Plenary by Commissioners in Santiago to stimulate debate on both the vision and its individual building blocks.
