More and more companies are using artificial intelligence (AI)-based operational systems. As a result, auditors are increasingly confronted with the question of the trustworthiness and reliability of these systems.
On the topic of “Testing and Certification of AI”, the IDW met with the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) at the beginning of March for an initial exchange of ideas. As a federal authority, the BSI deals with information security issues.
In addition, the IDW also addressed cloud-based business models and blockchain technology.
