In the afternoon of the first day of the conference, a first block of discussions will focus in particular on the diverse possible applications, also from the perspective of the financial administration, of blockchain technology, for example for the purpose of identity management or for international transactions in tax law. The second day of the event will begin in the morning with a block on the constitutional framework for digital legislation, the technical basis for digitally suitable laws, and the options for testing their digitization-friendliness. In a third block on the afternoon of the second day, the speakers will deal with the digitization of tax assessment and the appeal procedure, with electronic legal transactions in fiscal jurisdiction, and with judicial control of the digital taxation procedure.
The event will be held virtually from Thursday afternoon, March 24 to Friday, March 25, 2022.
